Look what's new in 7.0.12:

• Send log messages directly to Splunk HEC
• Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) support
• http() destination improvement (Batch mode and Load balancing)
• The syslog ()  and network () drivers can bind to the same port, improving the performance
• The Cisco parser now supports Cisco Catalyst formatted triplets
• OpenSSL upgraded to 1.0.2q 
• Bug Fixes
