Identity Manager 8.0, 8.0.1, 7.1.6 Service Packs

This is an advisory notification on changes to current product version support status in line with our life cycle policy.

Support for Identity Manager & Identity Manager Data Governance Edition service packs 8.0, 8.0.1 and 7.1.6 will enter into limited support on March 31, 2020.  To ensure your product is eligible for full support, we encourage you to upgrade to version 8.0.4 or higher. The option of an extended period of support for discontinued versions is available under Continuing Support.

To determine the current support phase of your product and ensure eligibility for product support, refer to the table on the Product Life Cycle page. Definitions on stages of our life cycle support policy can also be found on the product life cycle page under our Software Product Support Lifecycle Policy.
