| Notice of the removal of Active Roles 8.2 Service Pack 1 from the One Identity Support Portal Recently, One Identity have been made aware of product defects in our Active Roles 8.2 and 8.2 Service Pack 1 releases that can impact customers with specific configurations. Out of an abundance of caution for our customers, One Identity has made the decision to remove Active Roles 8.2 Service Pack 1 from our Support Portal. The Active Roles Product Team are presently working toward the release of Active Roles 8.2.1 which will address these issues. For more information about these issues, please see KB 4377337. How does this impact me? If you are currently running Active Roles version 8.1.5 Service Pack 1 or earlier, we recommend you wait to upgrade until 8.2.1 is released. For customers already running 8.2 or 8.2 Service Pack 1, no action is required at the present time. We will continue to provide full support on 8.2 and 8.2 Service Pack 1. Thank You, One Identity |
