This email contains important information relating to the upcoming upgrade to our RADIUS endpoint. Dear OneLogin Administrator, We are planning an upgrade of our RADIUS endpoints in the EU (radius.eu.onelogin.com) to further secure the platform and better meet customer needs. This upgrade will take place on: In the EU: May 15, 2025 4 p.m. UTC There are test RADIUS endpoints available to customers before the production endpoint will be available. The IP addresses of these endpoints will be: In the EU: • 23.183.112.20 • 23.183.113.20 IMPORTANT: For customers utilizing Check Point VPN please read below: Configuration Change May Be Required: We have identified an issue with some Check Point instances when connecting to our upgraded RADIUS service endpoints. We strongly recommend that you test your Check Point instances against the test RADIUS endpoints. If you experience an issue, please configure your production instances to reference the IP addresses below. If your Check Point VPN does not function with the upgraded RADIUS endpoints, please reconfigure them to use the following IP Addresses: In the EU: • 23.183.112.19 • 23.183.113.19 If necessary, please reconfigure your Check Point devices to use these IP addresses as their RADIUS server endpoints before May 15, 2025 4 p.m. UTC.
