Error when installing Quick Connect: Windows PowerShell 1.0 or later required -
Description
When attempting to install Quick Connect, the following error is observed, and the installation can not proceed:
Windows PowerShell 1.0 or later required.

Cause
This issue occurs primarily on Windows Server 2016. Server 2016 no longer pre-installs PowerShell v2.0 which is needed for the installer to run properly. -
Résolution
Install Powershell v2.0 and attempt the installation again. Powershell v2.0 can be enabled via the Add Roles and Features Wizard in Windows.
