Processing of user overrides fail when using the User Principal Name (UPN) naming format in the user-override file -
Description
When using the UPN naming format in "/etc/opt/quest/vas/user-override" the overrides are not processed. -
Cause
This could be caused by a product defect in version 4.1 if both of the following conditions are met:
1) Using the UPN format in "/etc/opt/quest/vas/user-override"
2) The value of the username-attr-name attribute is set to something other then UPN.

* vasd: Re-impliment support for UPN in user-override when username-attr-name
isn't set to UPN. -
Résolution
Product Defect 438598 is fixed in version 4.1.0.21658 of Authentication Services. To continue using the UPN naming format in the user-override file while username-attr-name is set to something other then UPN an upgrade is required.
