How to add a user to a group from the command line. -
Résolution
Use the vastool group command.
In this example user test1 will be added to the group unix in AD as long as AD allows for it.
#/opt/quest/bin/vastool -u administrator group unix add test1
Then you can run "vastool -u host/ attrs test1 memberOf" to confirm the user is in the group.
