TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

2. Grant of Copyright License.

worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,

3. Grant of Patent License.
