Data Governance Edition (DGE) Installation Error: "The authentication module QAMRoleBasedADSAccount is not available or not activated"

Receiving the following error when attempting to install the activity database:

The Data Governance module is not installed.

1. Run the Configuration Wizard under C:\Program Files\Dell\One Identity Manager (ConfigWizard.exe).

2. Choose "Update database"

3. Select the DataBase and installation source.

4. Select "add new modules" and confirm you have a backup then click "Next".

5. Ensure that "Data governance" is selected.

6. Complete the wizard so that QAM gets added and can be enabled in the configuration parameters: TargetSystem\ADS\QAM.

In Designer go to Base Data | Authentication modules - check that QAMRoleBasedADSAccount is appearing and that it is enabled.
