When performing a synchronization from a target system the Connection String is not encrypted in the job parameters -

After running a synchronization from a target system the connection string job parameter for DPR_DPRProjectionStartInfo_Run_Synchronization shows as plain text -
Cause
The connection string comes from the DialogDatabase table. This connectionstring column is not encrypted by default -
Resolution
Follow the installation guide on how to encrypt the database
