Cause
With One Identity Manager Database encryption is enabled, the length of the service account's encrypted password becomes too large and isn't decrypted . This results in sending a very large string being sent to the WIN32 API and leading to the following error :"System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The filename or extension is too long." -
