Create new file share via the web portal is causing group inserts to fail for this task (4337107)

After creating a new file share request via an IT Shop request, some of the group insert jobs go into a frozen state.

The following error will be seen in the logs and the job queue info tool:

Error in COM access layer: number: 80072030, description: There is no such object on the server.

WORKAROUND:

Follow the steps below to restart the frozen jobs within job queue info.

1. Launch job queue info
2. Login with an applicable account
3. Navigate to the frozen ADS_ADSGroup_Insert job
4. Right click on the frozen job
5. Select the option Re-enable process step

STATUS:

Waiting for a fix in a future release of Identity Manager.
