Agent is not able to create a connection with the Data Governance Edition server (4334541)

The agent shows a status of "Waiting for Agent Connection", when checking the agent log the following error is displayed:

System.Security.Authentication.InvalidCredentialException: The server has rejected the client credentials. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The logon attempt failed

Follow the steps below to confirm the service connection point exists and is accessible by the account running the agent:

1. Open ADSI Edit
2. Click on Action
3. Select Connect to...
4. Select Default naming context
5. Click on Advanced...
6. Check the Specify Credentials check box
7. Provider proper credentials
8. Click on OK 
9. Click OK
10. Expand Default naming context
11. Expand the domain
12. Expand CN=Computers
13. Click on the Data Governance Edition host
14. Right click on CN=DataGovernance.Server
15. Click on the keywords attribute

This confirms that the service connection point has been created. For step 7 above make sure to use the account being used for the agent unless a local agent is being used.
