Description

Error message:

"Error: [810365] A system maintenance is running. Contact your system administrator. Reason: System update running"
Cause

The message is shown if DialogDatabase.UpdatePhase is greater than 1.

select UpdatePhase, * from DialogDatabase

This means the upgrade did not finish correctly. This can be reset as follows:

update DialogDatabase set UpdatePhase = 0

However, this may also indicate that the database is not in a correct state.
Resolution

The recommended steps are the following:

1. Allow the DBQueue to clear of any running tasks.

2. Take a full database backup.

3. Then run the Configuration wizard to upgrade again. This will ensure that the upgrade is complete and correct.
