Searching for service items in different languages yields no results (4378085)

When trying to search for a product by typing a keyword in the search field the result is "There is no data matching your search". When a user is using a browser with the default language of English and searches for the service item it will appear. 

This issue only happens when the end user is using a different language other than the default of English.

The service item requires an entryvalue set within DialogMultilanguage table. This can be done within Manager by following the steps below:

1. Login to Manager with an application account
2. Click on IT Shop
3. Expand Service catalog
4. Click on Requestable service items
5. Click on the service item in question
6. Under the General menu click the icon to the right of the service item name
7. In the edit translation window enter the value for each applicable language
8. Click the save button
