When attempting to access the front end tools downloaded with Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition, no end users are able to connect. The following error is displayed on the connection attempt:
Database error 40615: Cannot open server 'Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition tenant' requested by the login. Client with IP address '0.0.0.0' is not allowed to access the server.
Confirm via the Starling portal if the Identity Manger On Demand Starling Edition tenant has an IP address set under the "Application Access" section. If no IP addresses are set then any IP address that attempts an connection will be allowed access. If specific IP addresses are set and the one attempting to access the front end tools is not specified the end user will get an connection error.
