Permit Modification is missing in Manager for Images -
Description
After selecting Prohibit Modification for an image in Manager (Example ACCProduct.JpegPhoto), there is no option to re-enable modifications as Permit Modification is missing.

Cause
This is due to a product Defect:
- 9.3 = 482657

Resolution
WORKAROUND: Either change the object properties in ObjectBrowser or manually remove the related entry from QBMLock.
STATUS: This has been resolved in Identity Manager version 9.3.1 and above.
