ActiPro WInforms Controls -> License errors (4379465)

Opening Object Browser, Designer or any frontend applications that contain "syntax edit UI elements", this error pops up:

Error: No licensing information was found in the assembly that calls the component. Check for a valid licenses.licx entry in the calling project.

This usually happens after an upgrade/migration where not all assembly files on the affected machine was updated.

Meaning that there are outdated files (dll, exe etc.) present in the Identity Manager installation folder.
(C:\Program Files\One Identity\One Identity Manager\...)

This can occur in all On Premise installations, including a workstation where only the "On Demand Client" is installed.

Make sure to turn off any antivirus software that might lock down the installation processes and target folders, then run the Identity Manager / On Demand Client installer again with Administrator Rights.
