Description
Unable to connect to the One Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition Database, even after adding the IP address to the Access permissions.

Resolution
Connecting from an Azure VM will require extra configuration to allow the Azure VM to connect.
It is required to correctly configure the Azure VM's NSG (Network Security Group) to allow outbound traffic on port 1433.
Two outbound traffic rules are needed:
- Port 1433 to connect to the app gateway.
- Ports 11000-11999 when the app gateway redirects.
Also, check that there are no restrictions on the NSG blocking the connection with the Database. For this, the Networking tab on the VM can be used.
