Ability to restart Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition components in the Starling Portal (4381091)

For Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition versions running 9.2.1 and above, the ability to restart Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition components has been added to the Starling Portal

Please note that this feature is not available for versions below 9.2.1

Follow the steps below to locate the option to restart a specific component for Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition:

1. Login to the Starling portal with an applicable account
2. Navigate to the Application Health section of the Identity Manager On Demand (Starling Edition) page
3. Click on the restart button next to the component that is to be restarted
4. The application state will change to a status of Not ready
5. The restart button will change to a spinning circle
6. Once the component is back to a status of Ready, the spinning circle will change back to the restart button
