Poor performance in Manager.exe result list if using additional FK columns (4381350)

The loading time for result lists, e.g. for Identities, is fine as long as the selected columns do not contain an UID column as e.g. UID_Department. As an example, 3000 employees are loaded in about 2 seconds.

After adding UID_Department (or another FK column) to the result list, loading time increases to about 8 seconds. It is noted that in this second case, one specific SQL query regarding Departments and the corresponding table group rights is repeated almost 2040 times. This behavior has negative impact on the performance. An environment with about 80.000 identities adding just one UID column increases the loading time on more than 1 minute due to the larger number of identities. 

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Manager
• Open the identities result
• Configure columns -> add Primary Department
• Load result

The entity source does not know that foreign displays should be loaded for the additional columns.
