Resolution
Follow the steps below to collect Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition logs:
- Log into the Starling portal and navigate to the bottom of the page
- Click on the Manage Instance button.
- Then click on the Logs menu
- Here an administrator can set the desired time to collect logs for all current cloud hosts. The download logs button allows for an administrator to download the logs in a text format.
