Passwords with special characters -
Description
Customer has configured a password policy in Designer: Base Data / Security settings / Password policies / Password policy for central password of identities.
When configuring the list of allowed special characters in the password, the rule is not taken into account at the Password Reset Portal.

Cause
Configuration issue.
We found that they has a customization in place named 'CCC_PasswordPolicyASPI' that has overridden the OOTB rules.

Resolution
When logging in to the Password Reset Portal, the rules that are currently in place are displayed to the end user.
- Verify that the rules you see at the display match the rules that you configured.
- If there is a customization in place, the portal will tell you which rule is that.
Remove any customized rules if they are not needed or re-configure it to match your exact needs.
