Oracle EBS Connector sets wrong ValidFrom date on EBSUserInResp (4383419)

Customer has observed that ValidFrom date in table EBSUserInResp has been updated (including provisioning to target system) for no apparent reason. Update occurred for many existing entries on 20.04.2026 between 11:00 and 11:20 UTC, setting ValidFrom to 20.04.2026. Affected entries relate to entitlements contained in system role(s) for which assigned ITShop requests exist. Latest request was approved and assigned on 17.04.2026, there were no changes done after that (no changes on related identities, user accounts, system roles etc.)
