What are the steps to determine if Identity Manager has been configured with Two Factor Authentication via Starling Hybrid Subscription? -
Resolution
1. In Designer, select 'Getting Started' and then 'Edit configuration parameters'.
2. Expand QER | Person and confirm if 'Defender' is selected.
If QER | Person | Defender is enabled and the sub-parameters QER\Person\Defender\ApiEndpoint and QER\Person\Defender\ApiKey contain values, then Two Factor Authentication via Starling Hybrid Subscription has been enabled.
To disable Two Factor Authentication via Starling Hybrid Subscription: deselect the configuration parameter QER | Defender | Starling and commit the change to database. No compile is necessary.
