Description

In Identity Manager when the job "PAG_PersonWantsOrg_CreateAccessrequests" runs, it will fail with the following errors:

    Script function "PAG_ProcessAccessRequestResult" returned False.

Cause

This is due to a missing "Application to Application" entry in Safeguard.
Resolution

To resolve this issue, log into Safeguard and create an entry under "Security Policy Management" | "Application to Application" for the One Identity Manager service account used by Identity Manager.

Also, ensure that under the "Application to Application" values are set under the "Access Request Broker" tab:
