When trying to import data, Quest One Identity Manager (Q1IM) is throwing an error while trying to update. Both of the insert and update functions are set. The error returned is; "There is already an object using this alternate key."
The users already exist in Q1IM
Primary keys and/or column mappings in import files are not set correctly.
Review your import file and ensure that Primary Key and Central Account are mapped to the correct values. Then attempt the import again.
