Cause
A possible cause is if the browser expects it-IT but the application pool uses a different runtime culture (e.g. en-US). -
Resolution
Verify that the runtime culture matches what the browser expects, e.g. the user language.
The runtime culture is stored in the directive <add key="CultureInfoMatch" value="en-US" /> in web.config.
It is also possible to edit the setting using WebDesigner.ConfigFileEditor.exe in the tab "Language Settings".
