Deletion of objects from a custom table does not fire a DELETE event
Cause

SchemaExtension.exe incorrectly creates the column XOrigin for any tables. The flag is only meant for M:N tables which may have direct and indirect entries, in this case the DELETE event is changed into an UPDATE event. For simple tables however, the DELETE is fired if the column XOrigin is not present.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
If the table is not an M:N table, it's possible to delete the XOrigin column, please contact Tech Support for further information.
STATUS
Development has acknowledged bug #23824 of SchemaExtension.exe.
