Configuration wizard reports error "Cannot obtain Oracle Client information from registry. Make sure that Oracle Client Software is installed, or use the Direct mode when connecting to server" when performing an Identity Manager database upgrade. The rest of the Identity Manager tools (e.g. Designer.exe, ObjectBrowser.exe, etc) are able to use the connection provided by the Oracle client.
