"Internal error in COM access layer" error when trying to provision a user in the target system -
Description
When attempting to provision a new user in an Active Directory target system the following error is displayed in the logs when trying to set the password:
"Internal error in COM access layer: number: 80072035: The server is unwilling to process the request."Upon further review of the StdioProcessor (Standard IO Processor) logs there are Domain Name System (DNS) resolution errors just before the creation of the target user:

Cause
Missing or Incorrect Domain Name System records exist for the domain listed as the target system. -
Resolution
Please work with a DNS administrator to confirm if DNS records for the target system are setup correctly
