DBCompiler stuck with "Wait for DBQueue Processor" when CommonRecalculate jobs exist with both higher and lower sortorder -
Description
CommonRecalculate jobs exist in DialogDBQueue with both higher and lower sortorder when DBCompiler is started. In that case, DBCompiler can get stuck at "Wait for DBQueue Processor" but the DBScheduler doesn't process lower sortorder jobs either. -
Cause
This is a product defect (#27264). -

Compatibility of this Hotfix
The following is a list of product versions and platforms compatible with this hotfix.
Product Name Product Version Identity Manager 7.1.0 (Oracle) Identity Manager 7.1.1 (Oracle) This hotfix will be included in 7.0.3 and 7.1.2. The hotfix for MSSQL will be added to this KB article later. For other versions, please use the workaround described below.

Removing this hotfix
To remove this hotfix:
- Use the backups you have created to restore the original state of the SQL scripts.
Workaround for other versions
There are two possible workarounds:
- Hit Ctrl+F in the DBCompiler dialog, unlocking the "Next" button despite the "Waiting for DBQueue processor" message.
- Adjust the sortorder of the lower sortorder job from DialogDBQueue via SQL statement.
