Follow the steps below to add a group to IT Shop:
1. Within Manager open the Active Directory (ADS) tab.
2. Click on Groups
3. Search for and select the required group
4. Click on Change master data
6. Ensure that a check mark exists next to IT Shop:
7. Ensure that a Service item has been added. If a Service item has not been created, the blue + can be used:
8. Under Tasks click on Add to IT Shop
9. Under Add assignments select an appropriate IT Shop node, e.g.:
10. Click on the Save button
Once the required processing has completed, confirm that the group now appears as requestable in IT Shop.
