Email request for IT Shop approval is not redirecting to the web portal -
Description
The email embedded link which redirects to IT Shop for approval is broken. The web browser is reporting "This page can't be displayed" when the IT Shop approver clicks on the link in the email to access the web portal to approve the request.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
The fix for this issue is included in service pack 2 of Identity Manager 7. To obtain the hotfix, please contact Support and reference the defect ID 25193. -
