Unnecessary EditRight for "QBM_BaseRight" on DialogDatabase -
Description
Currently, the DialogGroup "QBM_BaseRight" (which is implicitly assigned to EACH user) has a CanEdit=1 on the table, DialogDatabase.
However, there is also a DialogColumnGroupRight CanEdit=1 ONLY on the column XTouched.
This does not seem to make sense. The CanEdit permission should be removed for "QBM_BaseRight".
