Scenario in Manager:
1. Employee M is the master identity and Employee S is the sub-identity (select Employee S in Manager and enter Employee M as the master identity).
2. Employee S is directly assigned a resource/product P in Manager, which Employee M can order in IT Shop.
Scenario in the Web Portal (IT Shop):
3. Employee M logs on to the web portal and wants to order product P.
Employee M receives the message that he or she has already ordered this product.
This is due to table PersonHasObject, which also takes into account the SubIdentities for a MasterIdentity. This is also the case for resources indirectly assigned to Employee S.
In Manager, product P is not assigned to Employee M, so this should also be the case on the web portal.
This is a product defect (33826).
