Description
After removing an OU from Active Directory and completing a synchronization the OU is stuck in the Data Synchronization menu. When attempting to delete the object the following error is displayed:
Database error 50000: Cannot delete ADSContainer, because TSBITData does exist

Cause
The ADSContainer exists as ITOperatingData for an account definition -
Resolution
Remove the ADSContainer from the ITOperatingData for the account definition in question.
