When trying to update the Person table the job errors with the message:
Error saving 9764): [810025] Person: Write permission denied for value "IsTemporaryDeactivated".

Cause
The user is already permanently disabled -
Resolution
When a user is permanently disabled, the temporarily disabled check box will be unavailable. This is by design.
