When attempting to upgrade from 8.1.x versions of Identity Manager to version 8.2, the upgrade hangs for hours during Schema installation on the following step:
"Running step QER 2020.0002.0019.0000 (26412)"
No errors are recorded in the Dialog Journal or the Configuration Wizard logs.
Eventually a timeout error will be displayed in the Configuration Wizard with the following error:
Processing step 'QER 2020.0002.0019.0000 (26412)' failed.
