Error: “Exception while determining time zone.”

Steps to reproduce: 

Set system or browser to time zone "Europe/Zurich"
Log in to legacy web portal


The following error message occurs:

This is a product defect (442109).

None.

STATUS:

This has been fixed in Identity Manager version 9.2.1 and above. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 442109.
