Error: “[System.Exception] Unable to resolve site collection”

Steps to reproduce:

Setup the enivornment in that way that is possible to create new sites,

Trigger the creation process for more then1 site using Script O3S_CreateO3SSite

Expected result:

All sites are created correct

Different result:

Error:

[1777018] Error running synchronization project (SharePoint Online tenant 'agi2test')'s workflow (Provisioning).
    [1777124] Error running synchronization step (Site) of synchronization configuration (Provisioning (Provisioning)).
    [1777004] Method ( (Insert)) could not be run successfully.
    [System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException] Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
    [System.Exception] Unable to resolve site collection

Second error after retry:

[1777018] Error running synchronization project (SharePoint Online tenant 'agi2test')'s workflow (Provisioning).
    [1777124] Error running synchronization step (Site) of synchronization configuration (Provisioning (Provisioning)).
    [1777004] Method ( (Insert)) could not be run successfully.
    [System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException] Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
    [Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ServerException] A site already exists at url ....

 

This is a product defect (463502).

WORKAROUND:

None.

STATUS:

This has been fixed in version 9.3.0. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 463502.
