IT Shop request property with permitted values - Apply button disabled when selecting “Yes” (4381326)

An IT Shop service item uses a request property, which contains two permitted values: “Yes” and “No.”
When “No” is selected, the Apply button becomes active and the request can be submitted normally.

When “Yes” is selected, the Apply button is disabled (greyed out), preventing the form from being submitted.
No related errors or warnings appear in the logs. 

This issue is caused by product defect 621462.

The default CDR did not update correctly due to a validation check that cannot be removed, as it is required for error-handling logic.

A hotfix is available for this issue.
