Error Generating Event_Granted For Delegator_KeepInformed for both Attestation & PersonWantsOrg

After upgrading to Identity Manager version to 9.2.2, users are no longer able to grant AttestationCases or PersonWantsOrgs. The following errors are displayed in the web designer portal:

For PersonWantsOrg: Error generating Pre-Script of QER_PersonWantsOrg_Delegator_KeepInformed -> Unknown Parameter UID_PWOHelperPWO. 

For Attestation: Error generating Pre-Script of ATT_AttestationCase_Delegator_KeepInformed -> Unknown Parameter UID_PWOHelperPWO. 

This issue does not affect the angular portal.

The web designer portal was not migrated to the new version of Identity Manager.

Update the web designer portal to the newest version of Identity Manager.

1. Navigate to the monitor page of the web designer portal
2. The site will have /monitor at the end
3. Click the Start maintenance mode button
4. Click the Update now button
