Request history: UiOrderState not visible for users with vi_4_PERSONADMIN (4382931)

Users assigned the vi_4_PERSONADMIN permission group can view request history for all employees.

However, the Order State (UiOrderState) column is not visible.

At the same time, users with VI_4_ALLUSER can see the Order State, but only for their own requests.

This issue is caused by an inconsistency in out-of-the-box (OOTB) permission groups:

• VI_4_ALLUSER includes view permission for UiOrderState, but restricts access to own requests only via a viewing condition
• vi_4_PERSONADMIN allows access to all requests, but does not include view permission for the UiOrderState column

As a result, users can see all requests but not the Order State value.

This behavior has been identified as a product defect.

A fix is available via Hotfix 702540.

Customers experiencing this issue should contact One Identity Support and request Hotfix 702540.

As a temporary workaround, a custom permission group can be created to grant:

• Table: PersonWantsOrg
• Column: UiOrderState -->> View (without condition)
• and assigned alongside vi_4_PERSONADMIN.
