Identity Manager ApiServer QERResource membership endpoint returns HTTP 500 with "Value QERResource was not found" (4383206)

When attempting to call the following ApiServer endpoint through a custom integration, such as Postman or an Angular customization, the request may fail with HTTP 500:

portal/resources/membership/QERResource/{UID_QERResource}

The endpoint is present in QER.CompositionApi.Server.Plugin.dll, but it is not used by the standard Web Portal UI.

When the endpoint is called for a valid QERResource, the following error may be returned:

VI.Base.ViException: Value QERResource was not found.

The issue was reproduced in a clean lab environment using the following steps:

1. Created a standard QERResource.
2. Linked the resource to a service item, AccProduct.
3. Requested and approved the service item through the Web Portal.
4. Confirmed that the assignment was created successfully.

Called the endpoint:

portal/resources/membership/QERResource/{UID_QERResource}

The endpoint then returned HTTP 500 with the error above.
