Description
Powerusers can see the requests of other people, but they are not able to see who should approve those requests.

Resolution
New feature will be implemented as an Enhancement Request (#723753).
As a temporary Workaround, add vi_4_ITSHOPADMIN_CANCEL interface to PowerUser permission.
