In Identity Manager 9.3.x Angular Web Portal, the Request History view has a predefined "Scope" filter with four checkbox values.
When users manually select all four options, the request correctly generates person=1,2,4,8.
However, there is no supported configuration method to define default selected values for this filter, and any programmatic attempt to preset these values is overwritten during DataViewToolbar/ViewConfig/navigation state initialization.
The UI filter dialog appears empty even when backend parameters are set.
The Angular Web Portal filter dialog component initializes its visual state independently from backend query parameters. The DataViewToolbar and ViewConfig components overwrite any pre-configured filter selections during navigation state initialization.
This is a design limitation: there is currently no supported configuration hook to define default preselected values for predefined filters.
There is no configuration-based fix available at this time. An enhancement request has been submitted and is tracked under Enhancement #723878.
Workaround: Use the Wildcard or SQL filter options in the filter dialog to achieve equivalent filtering results manually.
This enhancement is pending Product Management approval. Please monitor future release notes for Enhancement #723878.
