In Identity Manager 10.0 LTS, when using the Manager thick client to preview a subscribable report that has more than one mandatory user-prompt parameter, only the first parameter is displayed in the parameter input dialog.
The additional parameter fields are rendered outside the visible area of the dialog window. The dialog displays the message "Define a value for parameter..." and cannot be completed or closed normally.

(Only the first parameter shows, but there should be more.)
This issue affects:
This is a confirmed product defect (IDs 651331 and 651332) in Identity Manager 10.0 LTS. The parameter input dialog does not correctly calculate the required layout height when multiple user-prompt parameters need to be displayed. Only the first parameter is drawn within the visible viewport.
A fix is scheduled for a future 10.0 LTS Cumulative Update. Please look for Defect IDs 651331/651332 in the 10.0 LTS release notes.
Workaround:
The hidden parameter fields still exist in the dialog and can be reached using keyboard navigation:
Note: This workaround requires knowing the number of parameters and their expected input format, as the hidden fields have no visible labels.
