Deployed QER module not visible on portal -
Description
Need to deploy the QER module to the production environment. I’ve tried using the SW Loader and can see the updated packages in the QBMFileRevision table, but I can’t see the changes on the portal. As far as I’m aware, in addition to the QER module, the QER-App-Portal module also needs to be deployed. The deployment worked in the test environment, but not in production.

Cause
Root Cause of the problem is the following:
- the QER database content was transported successfully, but
- the portal-facing application (qer-app-portal) in production was not deployed/updated the same way as in test, or
- the production portal is still serving cached application/configuration state that has not reloaded yet. -
Resolution
Running the DB Compiler post install of the QER module has resolved the issue.
