How to run PowerShell Scripts through the Active Roles Service
Descrizione
How can PowerShell scripts be executed that communicate with Active Roles in order to execute Workflows, perform property validation, and log actions in change history?
Risoluzione
In order to run PowerShell scripts that communicate with ARS, the following requirements must be met:
The Active Roles Management Shell must be installed.
All Management Shell system requirements must be installed, including the ADSI provider. These may be found in the Release Notes.
Connect to Active Roles by issuing this command: Connect-QADService -service <FQDN ARS server> -proxy
For example, if the Active Roles Server name is PROD1013 the command would be:
Connect-QADService -service PROD1013 -proxy
